Aside from its many culinary uses, the blue butterfly pea vine has been used in Ayurveda as well as traditional Asian and Middle Eastern medicine and its health benefits as a Blue Butterfly supplement/Asian Pigeonwings supplement are increasingly supported by modern science.

Our Powders
Take 1/3 of a teaspoon in a cup. Add few drops of water and make a paste. Add water, stir and drink. Or make a paste from 1/3 of a teaspoon and add it to smoothie, yogurt or simply sprinkle the powder on salads etc. For culinary herbs it depends on the quantity of food you are making. Please use your own judgement as these herbs are in concentrated form.
